The MWSF-1R series of trucks has been developed to provide the ultimate in terms of reliability to ensure the greatest degree of operator safety and comfort.

This family of trucks consist of the MWS14/20F-1R models with fixed support arms and the MWS14/20FA-1R models with initial lift offering increased under clearance.

The trucks are designed with a 4 point support chassis, which not only provides excellent traction and stability when turning but also maximises the residual load capacities of the wide range of high visibility masts.

Developed for speedy ride-on transportation, the truck can also be easily adapted for operations in compact areas due to the fold-up platform, positioned close to the ground and features a cushioned, anti slip mat and side guards with polyurethane foam padding.

The Tiller is protected to IP54 standards incorporating the following:

• Traction direction butterfly switch
• Proportional fork lift/lower lever
• Pressure sensitive initial lift buttons (MWS14/20FA-1R)
• Horn & Slow speed button

Electric steering as standard offers a high degree of sensitivity and maximum control of the tiller by turning only 75 degrees from standstill.

The powerful 1.2 kW traction motor enables speeds of up to 8 km/h whilst under control of the logic unit. Depending upon the position of the platform, side guards, forks and steering angle, the speed is reduced to safe levels. On initial lift models the support arms automatically lower to the ground when the forks are raised. The MWS14FA-1R model has a capacity of 2000 kg in pallet truck mode.

Releasing the traction butterfly triggers the counter- current braking system, while the electromagnetic brake is enabled when the tiller is released and the ignition off.
